In the Taxi dashboard in the school staff area you will see all booked taxis in chronological order. If there are two or more journeys suitable for merging, school staff have the ability to do this.
Note that the first selected taxi is the booking that will remain. The other taxis selected after this will be cancelled and their occupants merged into the first selected.
You can un-merge a perviously merged booking
You can not split up two pupils who were booked at the same time by the booker.
If a parent has asked that their child doesn’t share (by unticking the open to sharing tick box when booking), this can be overridden in the quick menu.
