New starters and their associated contacts will only appear in I-GTM after the school have completed their “roll-over” process during the summer holidays, which removes all the leavers and adds the new starters.
This means that new parents will be unable to log in to I-GTM until after the roll-over.
Each school will trigger the roll-over individually, therefore it’s not possible to give a set date when this will happen. Parents should enquire with the school when this will be likely to happen and should check back during the holidays.
