When you request a taxi through I-GTM, the following process happens:
- You enter your booking request, including the taxi, and click to confirm.
- You receive a request for authorisation. The taxi booking request goes to the taxi supplier only once you click in this email to authorise.
- The taxi supplier accepts the booking and enters for the base price. At this point the job is booked.
- You receive an email confirming the price.
- If you don’t wish to accept the price, you must cancel the job or the taxi will turn up and you will be charged.
