To cancel a booking, log in to your dashboard at https://YOURSCHOOL.i-gtm.com (where YOURSCHOOL is replaced by the name of your school as usual).
On the home page you will see a list of your upcoming bookings.
At the right hand end of the line you see three dots. Click the dots.
Select Cancel Booking from the menu.
