Staff can merge taxi bookings by following this process:
Access the taxi bookings page via the main, left-hand menu

Identify the booking that you wish to merge into, i.e. the booking that will be kept. Click the 3 lines at the right-hand end of the row bo bring up the quick menu.

Click “Merge booking”

Bookings that are available to be merged will display a check-box.
Any booking without a check-box is either on a different day, or the booker has un-ticked the “Ride-share” box as they don’t wish their child to share with others. This can be overridden by an administrator, please send a ticket to support@i-gtm.com.
Tick the box and a full-width button is displayed above the bookings list. Note that, depending on the number of bookings, you may need to scroll up the page to reveal the button.

After clicking the “Complete Merge” button, you will see the revised booking.

The system will send out the relevant communications to suppliers following a merge.
Staff can un-merge a previously merged booking by clicking the quick-access menu (3 lines) and selecting Remove from Merge.
